
“The Hills” star Lauren Conrad (LC) will be featured on the January cover of Shape magazine looking oh-so-toned… and quite honestly, a bit skinny. How does Lauren Conrad do it? Weight training, running and kickboxing twice a week, plus plenty of fish and veggies. According to LC, “I used to love fast food. Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”
