Laguna Beach star, Jason Wahler, was busted in North Carolina this past weekend after he resisted a public officer during an underage drinking raid.

Jason was taken to the local jail where he was released on $1000 bail after only a few hours. He’s due back in court this April.

The 20-year-old was arrested after he allegedly beat up a tow truck driver in September. He was also arrested in September for disorderly conduct in NYC.
