Kellie indeed did collapse in a Winnipeg airport returning from a visit with Jordin Tootoo's family in Rankin's Inlet. She was fed raw whale blubber and raw caribou during her visit and she didn't eat very much. The week without much food is what triggered the fainting spell due to a very low blood sugar in the airport according to Kellie talking about this on After Midnite. Her blood sugar had to be below 30 to cause a fainting spell, and this is a very dangerous situation. She was hospitalized in Winnipeg and kept over the weekend, which is why she missed her concerts Fri-Sun. That's a pretty good excuse. Now that she has returned to good ol' USA cooking, she is doing fine and has performed in several concerts since, looking fit and fine, and still with a bodacious butt, certainly not anorexic. Try touring for most of the year, you're bound to have health issues. I think there's a huge pressue in the industry to deliver and I haven't heard anyone who hasn't falter one way or the other.
