“Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl is just days away from her wedding with musician Josh Kelley and already she has baby-making plans in the works.

According to Katherine Heigl, she hopes to be pregnant by the time she and Josh Kelley reach their first anniversary. She said, “I’m super excited to start a family. I’ve always wanted a family, a large family. In, like, a year (we’ll have kids).”

Katherine Heigl’s Christmas wedding will take place in Utah this weekend and she’s a little bit panicked: “I’m worrying about all the details and getting there, travelling, transportation, talking to the pastor, getting the license.”

Like many new brides, Katherine Heigl is eager to say ‘I do’ (and possibly get to the baby-making part), saying, “I’m so ready for this to happen, because it’s already been 18 months of planning and we’re both just ready for this to happen.”
