Dr. Addison Montgomery is back at Seattle Grace! Well… for one episode, anyway.

Kate Walsh, who started her Dr. Addison Montgomery character on “Grey’s Anatomy” before spinning off onto her own series, “Private Practice,” will make a one episode appearance on “Grey’s Anatomy” this spring.

After all, “Private Practice” doesn’t return until the fall, so why not give hungry fans a glimpse of Kate Walsh on her old stomping grounds at “Grey’s Anatomy?”

“Grey’s Anatomy” returns to your TV on April 24.
