Although the official Dancing with the Stars 9 cast announcement is tonight, Radar Online is breaking the Kate Gosselin scoop early.
According to Radar Online, Kate agreed to be a DWTS contestant as long as she can rehearse and practice in Pennsylvania so she can be close to her kids.
