Rhys Meyers was arrested yesterday after he was behaving erratically at an airport gate for his flight to London. After refusing to calm down, police were called.
Rhys Meyers was charged with two counts of violating the Public Order Act, paid bail and will return on December 5th to Dublin District Court for his arraignment.
Rhys Meyers was in Dublin to appear on a talk show to promote his film, “August Rush.” He’s currently filming the second season of “The Tudors.”
The actor checked into an alcoholism-treatment clinic in April, but checked out after a month.
