NBC Universal President/Chief Executive Jeff Zucker and NBC Entertainment/Universal Media Studios Co-Chair Marc Graboff reportedly want Jon Stewart and ‘The Daily Show’ to come to the Peacock Network once the show’s contract with Comedy Central expires in 2008.

An NBC source reports that the network heads recently had dinner with Jon’s agent: “They just made their interest known in finding a way to do business together if Jon was ever available.”
