Kevin and Aunt Jodi spill the beans about a possible “Jon Plus 8 Minus Kate” situation – giving a glimpse of how different the reality of Jon and Kate’s marriage is versus what is seen on the reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8.

The new season of the reality series premieres May 25… in the meantime, negative press about Jon cheating on Kate with teacher Deanna Hummell and Kate having an affair with bodyguard Steve Neild persist.

Meanwhile, in a Star magazine interview, Jodi says that Kate Gosselin’s top priority is the money, saying, “It has turned into a huge moneymaking machine…and the money has become priority No. 1 with Kate.”

This seems pretty well supported by the books Kate writes “for her children,” the book tours to promote them, the freebies they get from the show and the new line of children’s wear Kate had a part in for Wal-Mart.

Then again, you’ve got to wonder if brother Kevin and Aunt Jodi are cashing in with their “exclusive interviews.”
