Well, this just seems nuts – Kate Gosselin’s brother and his wife, Kevin and Jodi Kreider, say that Jon and Kate have a marriage contract that allows Jon Gosselin to date other women.

According to Kevin and Aunt Jodi, “All we know is what Jon told us, that Kate came to him with a contract saying he could have girlfriends and that he can do his own thing. In exchange Jon needs to show up for filming. But otherwise he has the freedom, certain days, to do whatever he wants. This is a train wreck for all to see.”

With all the Jon and Kate Gosselin rumors swirling, this one seems the farthest fetched, doesn’t it?
