Douchey dad Jon Gosselin is out of a reality job – Jon Gosselin was fired from Jon & Kate Plus 8, according to a statement released from TLC. Maybe now he can do that deadbeat dad show with Michael Lohan and K-Fed?

TLC stated that, as of November 2, Jon Gosselin will no longer appear on Jon & Kate Plus 8… and naturally, a name change is in order, as the show will be renamed “Kate Plus 8.”

Jon & Kate Plus 8 ratings have been on the decline since the Gosselins announced their divorce, with 4.2 million tuning in after the post-divorce-announcement six-week hiatus, and only 1.7 million watching last Monday.

I can only imagine that ratings will continue to drop under the new name “Kate Plus 8″… will you still be watching?
