Jon Gosselin’s apartment was ransacked over the weekend and while most of us don’t care, there’s growing suspicion over whether his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman did it or if it’s a hoax that Gosselin organized for media attention.

If the apartment burglary is a hoax…dude, that’s just sad.

Hailey Glassman left a note at the scene, stabbed with a butcher knife, that calls Jon a “cheater.” She did it, right?

Well, Hailey’s lawyer tells Radar.com: “It appears to be a huge publicity stunt. The police investigation is still ongoing and we are sure the investigation will reveal that someone is trying to frame Hailey. There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.”

Jon Gosselin’s lawyer is pointing the finger at Glassman, saying: “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that. The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself.”

And… yawn. What’s that? I dozed off for a quick second because I could care less.

Among the butcher knived damage in Jon Gosselin’s apartment were furniture, luggage and Louis Vuitton shoes, plus missing electronics.
