Jon and Kate… and the police? Police were called to Jon and Kate Gosselin’s house Thursday night after the two got in a fight over Kate’s disapproval of the babysitter Jon had hired. Oh, and Kate wasn’t allowed there either.

Apparently, Jon and Kate Gosselin have an arrangement that when one is at the home with the kids, the other isn’t allowed there.

Police were called, but no one was arrested.

An inside report says that “Kate showed up at the house unexpectedly. It’s Jon’s scheduled time to be there with the kids.” Jon wouldn’t let Kate in, according to the source: “Kate couldn’t get access to the house. She was upset.”

Kate Gosselin yelled from the fence… and she and Jon got in a shouting match. Then someone called the police. This is getting ugly, huh?

After police arrived, Kate was escorted off the property and stayed the night at a nearby Days Inn.
