Jessica Sierra: No Jail; Probation and Dr. Drew Treatment Program
Well, looks like Jessica Sierra got off easy at her court hearing this morning. With the help of Dr. Drew Pinsky!
Jessica Sierra — the “American Idol” finalist who faced years in jail for possession of cocaine, battery, disorderly intoxication and violating probation – was given a break.
The Tampa, Florida judge gave newly pregnant Jessica Sierra a deal: three years of probation and a year of rehab at Dr. Drew’s California treatment center.
This last chance agreement is all on Jessica Sierra’s shoulders – if she flunks out of the treatment program, she’ll be back in jail.
Flight plans still need to be made, then Jessica Sierra will be released from jail.
The judge also told Jessica Sierra, “You are not going to become a celebrity because you are a recovering addict.”
Of course, Jessica Sierra will be seen on “Celebrity Rehab” when it airs on VH1 on January 10 at 10 PM.
And, don’t forget that Jessica Sierra sex tape, which will be released on January 30.
