Jessica Sierra Denied Rehab Treatment in California
Oh my. Just when it looked like “American Idol” finalist Jessica Sierra was going to catch a break – she hit a snag in the road.
Jessica Sierra, who we earlier reported was released from a Florida jail and was heading to California to begin her one year drug rehab treatment, was denied by the California Department of Probation. So, she never even got on the plane this morning.
Jessica Sierra had been sentenced to one year of treatment at Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Pasadena Recovery Center and three years of probation.
According to Pam Bondi, a City of Tampa prosecutor, the California Department of Probation has denied Jessica Sierra’s treatment as an “emergency transfer.”
Back to square one for Jessica Sierra, who will appear in court tomorrow to determine an alternate solution.
