A Hillsborough judge previously denied Jessica Sierra a chance to participate in VH1’s Reality Rehab 2 with Dr. Drew Pinsky. This would have been former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra’s second time on the celebrity reality show.

The judge ordered Jessica Sierra not to give interviews or appear in front of a camera during her yearlong stay at a California rehab facility. She is supposed to stay 100 yards away from cameras.

Will her attorney be able to loosen that order any so that Jessica Sierra can return to VH1’s Celebrity Rehab? He’s going to court tomorrow to try.

And naturally, Dr. Drew will be in the courtroom to report on Jessica Sierra’s progress.
