Things have gone from bad to worse for former “American Idol” finalist Jessica Sierra – she now faces 11 years in prison after her latest arrest. Woah.

So, you know Jessica Sierra got arrested (again), but she’s in a heap of trouble this go-around. Rather than go quietly and nicely after her arrest, she resorted to using racial and anti-gay slurs, as well as offering to (ahem) perform sexual acts on the arresting offers… and she threw up. Cute, huh?

After her initial appearance, the judge told Jessica Sierra, “You’re looking at 11 years and 60 days possibly in prison. Obviously, the bar scene isn’t working out for you. I’d suggest you find another form of entertainment.” She appears again on Thursday.
