It’s Official (Maybe?): Scrubs Gone From NBC, Moves to ABC

The hushed whispers… or rampant rumors (take your pick) may be true — Scrubs is officially done at NBC… but will it move to ABC?
Unfortunately, NBC didn’t want to keep Scrubs on the roster any more, as E!’s Kristin Dos Santos reports about the NBC fall/winter/summer 2008 and 2009 schedule.
Kristin Dos Santos also has the Scrubs scoop from a conference call with NBC’s Ben Silverman:
“I don’t know where Scrubs is going. It’s finished its run on NBC, though.”
So, Silverman is mum on the fate of Scrubs, but E! is reporting that insiders speak of an eighth season, 18 episode deal with ABC. An official announcement may not happen until the ABC upfront in May.
