Authorities are reporting the cause of death for Isaac Hayes - the legendary singer and South Park voice talent died of a stroke on Sunday.

While no autopsy has yet been performed (and one is not expected to be performed), the Hayes’ family physician, Dr. David Kraus, listed stroke as the cause of death.

The medical examiner’s office has not released an official cause of death.
