Oh, and if you Google the name of the “plastic surgeon” quoted, you get only 5 hits. 3 of which contain this story. You do the math–this guy doesn’t exist.

Absolutely a hoax. Sad that mainstream media is buying in–there must be some money behind the promotion. Interesting that the “expert” quoted in the article has THREE years experience and has seen 100 patients. Good lord, I wouldn’t engage a doctor with those credentials to perform surgery on anything greater than a hangnail. Certainly not to provide quotes for a national news outlet. And his comments are intended to lead us to believe this is a common, if not natural and normal, occurrence. Come on, people, critical thinking will see you through these difficult times!
