Looks like even Hugh Hefner is downsizing. Girlfriends, that is…. the 20-year-old twins Hef keeps company with are leaving the Playboy Mansion.

Hugh Hefner’s twin girlfriends, Kristina and Karissa Shannon, are moving out of the mansion… but they won’t be too far away for a booty call (yuck) – they’re relocating to the Playmate House.

Hefner and girlfriend Crystal Harris are getting “more serious,” and the twins want to do promotional work for Playboy.

Hefner commented, “They’ve been hanging out with a lot of the other Playmates and they see these girls traveling across the country to do promotion. They would like to be doing that, too.”

The E! series The Girls Next Door will continue even with the girls out of the mansion.
