Howard K. Stern and Doctors Arrested, Charged with Providing Anna Nicole Smith with Drugs

Just when it seemed Anna Nicole Smith’s companion Howard K. Stern had faded from the spotlight – he’s in the light again, this time with criminal charges filed against him for conspiring to provide Anna Nicole Smith with drugs.
It’s been more than two years since Anna Nicole Smith died of a fatal overdose.
Howard K. Stern was charged on Thursday with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith that led to her eventual death. Two doctors were also charged for prescribing medication unlawfully to Smith and for obtaining a prescription for opiates by “fraud, deceit or misrepresentation” as well as for obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.
California Attorney General Jerry Brown said in a statement: “These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose. There is ample evidence that Doctor Eroshevich and Doctor Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith.”

Mr Stern probably killed Anna’s son first to get hiom out of the way, so that he (Stern) would steal Anna’s money on the pretence of loving and being the Dad of her daughter. I think the investigation should go as far back as when Anna’s so died.
