Britney Spears done good. Well, if her acting wasn’t all that on “How I Met Your Mother” (and honestly, it wasn’t), the guest starring role did give HIMYM its highest rating ever.
Thankfully, Britney Spears’ role on “How I Met Your Mother” was small enough that it didn’t turn viewers off and the steady buzz leading into last night’s episode grabbed about 10.6 million viewers.
This is some much needed attention for the sitcom which has yet to be renewed for next season. Do you think Britney Spears’ appearance on “How I Met Your Mother” will help land a renewal?
And is this a step toward Britney Spears getting her life back together? One can only hope.
