“How I Met Your Mother” fans, listen up! Lifetime will begin airing reruns of HIMYM beginning in fall 2010.

Lifetime has exclusive cable rerun rights to “How I Met Your Mother” – the show will join other sitcom reruns on the network, including “Reba,” “Still Standing,” “Will & Grace” and “Frasier.”

How I Met Your Mother was a big win for Lifetime – at least six other cable networks were interested in the deal, with reports putting the pricetag at $725,000 per episode.

Lifetime has a four-year licensing deal for up to eight seasons of “How I Met Your Mother” – although it’s unclear if the series will run that long.
