Those looking forward to the upcoming High School Musical movie should take it all in when the film hits theaters — it’s rumored to be the last of the High School Musical series.

After all, how many more times can they get Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudges, Ashley Tisdale and the rest of the gang together now that their stars are rising so fast. That, and the fact that the Wildcats are shuffling off to college, so their high school days will soon be behind them.

High School Musical director Kenny Ortega confirmed the final installment, saying, “This will be our last time together, and I love working with these kids so much.”

Look for the High School Musical movie to hit the big screen October 24th.
