Heroes Co-Executive Producers Fired

Uh-oh. There’s been a shakeup over at NBC’s “Heroes,” with the firing of co-exec producers Jesse Alexander and Jeph Loeb.
The writers/producers have been with Heroes since season one and worked closely with running production under the direction of creator/executive producer Tim Kring.
While NBC and Universal Media Studios has not commented on the firings, “Heroes” has been slipping in the ratings during its third season.
Insiders speculate that the Heroes firings were in part due to the creative direction of the show, as well as budget excesses.
