Heidi Montag is well on her way to becoming a plastic Barbie doll – check out Heidi Montag on the cover of People magazine, where she shares that she is “beyond obsessed” with plastic surgery.

Heidi Montag definitely is looking a bit different, showing off the results of her most recent plastic surgery visit – 10 different surgeries in one day!

Montag tells People, “For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done.”

Heidi’s November 20 surgeries included a mini brow lift, Botox, nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on waist and thighs, ears pinned back, and a buttocks augmentation.

And she’s not done, either. Montag tells the mag: “I’m just starting. Let’s just say there’s a lot of maintenance. Nobody ages perfectly, so I plan to keep using surgery to make me as perfect as I can be. Because, for me, the surgery is always so rewarding.”
