HBO’s new series, “Bored to Death,” has been renewed for a second season. Bored to Death, starring Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson and Zach Galifianakis, grabbed 4.1 million viewers for the premiere, no doubt enjoying the lead-in from Curb Your Enthusiasm.

In “Bored to Death,” Schwartzman plays a writer-turned-private investigator, taking on a new case in each episode. It’s worth checking out.
