Time for your daily Jon Gosselin update – in case you cared. Now it seems ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman is saying that Jon physically and verbally abused her.

Hailey Glassman filed a harassment complaint – her lawyer says that “[S]he was pushed against [a] wall,” adding that “the document speaks for itself.”

The fight apparently broke out after Jon Gosselin saw a picture of Hailey kissing another guy.

Jon Gosselin’s attorney responded: “Jon is a lover, not a fighter. He’s been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch.”

Jon Gosselin’s apartment was ransacked over the Christmas holiday – no word on who did it, but Gosselin was quite sure it was Hailey.
