Grey’s Anatomy returns to the airwaves on September 27th with a brand new season and some big changes. Spoilers, ahoy!

• George is returning (T.R. Knight just signed for another full season) and will be repeating his internship. Hilarity and stress may ensue if it’s true that George ends up being Meredith’s intern.
• Lexie Grey, Meredith’s half-sister, also shows up as an intern.
• After Christina is left at the altar with Burke nowhere to be found, Meredith goes with her on her honeymoon.
• The crew is now taking orders from Callie instead of Bailey, which doesn’t go ever well; Bailey has to find a new place for herself after being passed over for chief resident.
• The chief returns but tries to maintain a better balance in his life since he is reunited with Adele.
• Mark tried to re-establish a friendship with Derek now that Addison is gone.
