George Carlin Dead of Heart Failure; George Carlin Dies at Age 71

Sadly, comedic legend George Carlin passed away Sunday evening — he died yesterday after going to St. John’s Health Center complaining of chest pain. George Carlin died of heart failure – he was 71.
George Carlin has had a history of heart trouble – but has continued to work, even performing last weekend in Las Vegas.
George Carlin was the very first host of Saturday Night Live and was well known for his raunchy brand of humor, including his routine of “The Seven Words You Can Never Say On TV.” Check out the classic George Carlin 7 dirty words video:
