Fox grabs new J.J. Abrams series

J.J. Abrams has a new series on the way, called Fringe. Gleefully, Fox managed to snatch up the rights to air it. Fringe will have a spooky feel to it, similar in concept to shows like Twilight Zone and X-Files.
The main character is described as such:
“Imagine that your father is Frankenstein mixed with Albert Einstein. He’s someone who has the mental ability to solve so many problems but is so different that communicating with them is almost impossible.”
Allegedly, Fox has given them $10 million to do the two hour pilot episode alone.
