“Flip This House,” the popular house flipping reality show on A&E, is getting set to air its fourth season. Tune in March 15 to see the big renovations that take real estate properties from rundown to spectacular — and put plenty of cash into the house flippers’ bank accounts in the process.

I don’t know why, but whenever I watch “Flip This House” I always see the episodes with Armando Montelongo and his wife Veronica (incidentally, whatever happened to his house fipping brother?). Montelongo, as well as Nathaniel “Than” Merrill from season three, return for season four flipping. Atlanta house flipping will be run by Peter Pasternack and Brian Trow, while Los Angeles house projects will be handled by Rudy Martinez and Carlos Vazquez
