American Idol Season 2 contestant Kimberly Locke flaunted her post-Celebrity Fit Club body singing “Change” on a cruise ship earlier this month.

Her second rock CD, “Based On a True Story” hits shelves May 1, to be followed up with a summer tour.

VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club 5 returns with Locke in April and also features other “celebrities,” like Dustin Diamond (Sex Tape Screech) and rapper Da Brat.
