Extreme Home Makeover Host Ty Pennington Arrested For DUI

“Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” star Ty Pennington was arrested early Saturday morning in Los Angeles on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs while driving. Ty was arrested at 12:35 AM and was released two hours later after posting $5000 bail.

well I thought everthing was going to be ok was I wroung , I had been to Haven’s and Jorge’s duplex in Chattanooga TN. to see Jayce on Sept.8 2008 5 times that day well my husband got home and we had dinner about 8.0clock pm we got a call saying Jorge had been shot it all came back flashing to me OH GOD PLEASE LET MY DAUGHTER AND GFANDSON BE OKAY we rushed over there to find Jorge had commited suiced in front of mydaughter and his son Jayce that was 5 months old Ty I did my best as a mom to take care of everthing again Haven is 27 now she works soooo hard she takes care of her son and dad she works fulltime at chilis in chattanooga she lives in her dads small house 2 very small bedrooms its probly 700 sq feet run down we do the best we can to help shes a single mom that has been throuh it , I wish for her an easier road as all mothers do but GOD DON’T MAKE MISTAKES her poor car is the laugh of the town somtimes I look into her eyes and see nothing but sadness she puts her needs last to give to Jayce and her dad .PLEASE TY IF YOU COULD SEE WHAT I SEE EVERY DAY CHILDREN SHOULDNOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS with struggles but do we say thats life deal with it or step in she sleeps on the couch and Jayce has no room to play outside or in .
