Eric Dane Diagnosed with Skin Cancer
Oh no, not McSteamy! “Grey’s Anatomy” star Eric Dane is on the cover of OK! magazine this week to talk about being diagnosed with skin cancer in early January — scary stuff, to say the least.
Eric Dane noticed that his lips were more than a little chapped, so he visited the dermatologist. According to Eric Dane, “He [the dermatologist] said it was malignant tissue caused by sun damage.”
Treatment for the cancerous tissue included removal with a liquid nitrogen prodecure and additional treatments.
According to Dane, it made it difficult to eat and he lost 10 pounds over several weeks.
