Eric Dane Cancer Scare Overblown a Bit; OK! Magazine Misrepresents McSteamy

OK! Magazine’s Eric Dane cover story would lead you to believe that the “Grey’s Anatomy” star has overcome a huge battle with cancer.
Eric Dane’s rep, however, is setting the record straight, saying, he “does NOT have cancer” and claims that the OK! magazine article is a “misrepresentation.”
The cover story’s title “My Fight Against Cancer,” is a misleading and misrepresents McSteamy slightly.
Yes, Eric Dane had malignant tissue removed after noticing very chapped lips and visiting the dermatologist. And yes, he did lose some weight — but the weight loss was because his skin was sensitive to a cream he had to apply once the tissue was removed.
See how the magazine spun that to make it something more?
