ER has been renewed for a 15th season — how crazy/cool is that? As part of the 15th season excitement, ER is hoping to bring back a bunch of old characters — c’mon, do you think they can get uber-mega-star George Clooney to make a guest appearance?

ER producers are going to give it a try, anyway.

Producer David Zabel said, “We want to revisit characters that have existed on the show over the years and say where they are now. We’d love to get them all back in some way, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to. But we’re gonna try.”

On ER’s list of folks they’d like to get back: Juliana Margulies, Noah Wyle, Goran Visnjic, Maura Tierney and Anthony Edwards.
