Grey’s Anatomy’s Ellen Pompeo was awarded this weekend by the National Italian American Foundation. The actress won the NIAF Special Achievement Award in Entertainment. Her hair looks so much better than it does on Grey’s. They should let her do her own damn hair for the show!
