DeGeneres has just sealed two real estate deals. First, someone plunked down the dough for her $24 million, four-acre estate in Santa Barbara. In turn, DeGeneres has snagged a new home in Beverly Hills, which was previously owned by “Will & Grace” co-creator Max Mutchnick.
