Ellen DeGeneres interviewed “The Bachelor” star Brad Womack on her show on Friday and he set the record straight, while Ellen apologized for calling Brad Womack a jerk earlier in the week.
Brad Womack comes off as a pretty stand-up guy, despite disappointing fans of “The Bachelor.” He told Ellen, “I believe in the fairy tale romance. I am so disappointed that it didn’t happen to me.”
During the interview on Ellen, Brad Womack said, “I knew I was going to put myself in the hot seat by telling both ladies goodbye. I thought I had made a decision full of integrity by not giving a false promise.” Video after the jump.

I’m very happy Brad had a chance to explain his side to Ellen. It was also very gracious of Ellen to give him a chance to do so. I always thought that Brad did the right thing and I command him for taking the road less travelled. Others with less integrity would have given false commitment and ride the media wave like so many others did. I wish that even today as Deanna is doing her Bachelorette thingie, she would stop whining about “what Brad did to her”. Brad actually treated her with respect and integrity. Maybe she needs to have the grace to accept that fact. Best of luck Brad in finding your one and only!!! Kudos to you.
