Elizabeth has a new memoir called Resilience, where she describes more about her life, her husband’s infidelity and the challenges of living with terminal cancer.

Oprah interviewed Elizabeth Edwards and her husband, former presidential candidate John Edwards in their Chapel Hill, North Carolina home.

Oprah asks if their marriage is “a day-by-day thing?” Elizabeth’s response: “Neither one of us is out the door, so I guess it’s day by day, but maybe it’s month by month.”

Elizabeth and John Edwards are still living together, but when Oprah asks if she’s still in love with him, Elizabeth says, “You know, that’s a complicated question.”
