Tonight’s episode of “19 Kids & Counting” introduces the latest addition to the Duggar family, baby Josie Duggar – check out the video clip, where we see baby Josie making improvements in the NICU.

During 19 Kids & Counting tonight, there will be a live update about baby Josie for fans…

We’re not sure what that means, but here’s hoping that mom Michelle Duggar doesn’t try to shove another bow on the tiny kid’s head.

Josie Duggar was due on March 18, but was born in December.

TO SHOW HOW TINY JOSIE REALLY IS RIGHT NOW!! I am praying for baby Josie and the family daily. In 2006 my daughter gave birth at 25 weeks to twin boys…they weighed 2# 2oz and 2# 6oz…they were so tiny it took my breath away when I first saw them in the NICU. I don’t think your audience realizes how tiny Josie really is in person. The nurses at our hospital had my daughter buy a Big Hunk candy bar and lay in next to the baby and take a picture….it puts in into perspective how little they really were at the time. They also, had my son-in-law put his wedding ring on the babies arm…it wen all the way to the elbow……and slipped onto the babies foot to the ankle. I think it would be great to show the world just how tiny Josie really is, and doing these things might help people see it. I hope you will consider these suggestions, as they will also, be fun for the family to look back on in the future. When my grandsons were 1 yr old, we took the same Big Hunk candy bars and laid them next to the boys and it looks like the boys are now giants next to a tiny candy bar.
    Sincerely, Judy Rich

she certainly was not shoving the bow on josies head.. you can see she did not want it to interfere with the iv.. i had twins with ivs in their heads and if you ever saw how they do it you certainly would not have made that aweful comment.. glad you can try to slash their hearts and make some notice to yourself .. you rock.. not. ignorance at it’s finest..

What do you think?
