Duggar Baby Hospital Update: Baby Josie Duggar Returns to Hospital
Duggar baby hospital update: baby Josie Duggar had to return to the hospital recently, after the preemie baby was just released last week and able to come home with parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
Josie Duggar, the 19th child in the Duggar clan returned to the hospital last Thursday when her vital signs began to drop.
Jim Bob said that hte doctor told them “to never trust a preemie…That is really true.”
Jim Bob provided this Duggar baby hospital update: “She’s doing fine now. They will watch her for a few days to make sure she’s safe.”
People.com reports that Josie weighs 4 lbs., 12½ oz.
Jim Bob Duggar also comments on Josie’s struggles: “It seems like she will do great for a few days and then have challenges. We are so encouraged about how she’s doing, and it is amazing how she’s filling out. But, even though she is beyond her due date and over the four-month mark, she is still not at the weight of a full-term baby.”
