First,to Dog the Bounty Hunter. I am African American and I have a few words to say. I watch the show and I enjoyed the way that he would start off his job by nationally saying a prayer before he began his search for criminals. And oh yes , by me being a child of God I respected that, and encourage everybody to do the same, but the scriptures says out of the Heart flows the issues. And Dog the Bounty Hunter has hidden issues that has now been exposed to the same people who saw him as a leader on the outside, and a role model. Well first of all, African Americans “Black People” have been wondering for years and centuries “why”, what have we done to cause so much hatred from the ‘White People”. Well, let me tell you something we as “Blacks” have done nothing but be born. The Black race had only one true connection and that was with God himself, that is all that we had, we had no land, no houses of our own, no businesses of our own, not even some of our child were pure Black. But the only thing we had of our very own was God himself. And even the White People knew that and that was something that they could not take from us was our salvation. So they felt like if they kept us depressed, in slavery, out of touch, that we would lose that faith that we have in the Lord. But, it was just the opposite, our faith got stronger and stronger and we knew that nobody could take God away from us and that what we built our lives around was worshiping God and his wrath, because we knew that God would save us, that was our faith. So we stood tall, suffered, and all of these things because we knew that our deliever would come. Now to all that reads this letter, we as christians have to forgive. Christ said “forgive yea one another, just as I have forgiven you”. So we are commanded by God himself through his son Jesus to forgive. But always remember that the scriptures says “Do not be decieve God is not “mocked” whatever a man sow that shall he reap. Stay strong.

I am so sad to say that I not only signed the Petition to Free Dog, but I also drafted another one and sent it to ALL of my friends and family and asked that they do the same. I don’t believe that the Chapman’s should have gone to prison in Mexico for capturing Andrew Luster, but I had No Idea what caliber person Duane Chapman and whom ever in his “cirlce” of friends, were.
This is very sad to me. I guess I should have taken a hint from the show when the Dog gathers his family around for a Prayer and right afterwards they use HIS name in vain. Not only that, the vulgar language was to the point of nauseoum for me. But, I layed it off to the adrenaline rush.
I have learned a lot the past 2 days… I can’t believe that people say such hateful things but mostly, I can’t believe that people we look up too, feel this way in 2007…
So sorry for the children…
