Reports earlier in the week suggested that the reason for David Duchovny’s sex addiction rehab treatment was a problem with porn, not an affair. But did David Duchovny cheat on wife Tea Leoni?

New York Daily News is reporting that David Duchovny’s sex addiciton treatment is the result of cheating on his wife.

The National Enquirer has a source that says David Duchovny was caught cheating and that Tea Leoni gave this utimatum: “Get treatment or our marriage is over.”

The gossip rag also maintains that he’s been linked to “multiple sources,” including an extra on “Californication,” that he “ended up making out” with, according to the source.

David Duchovny is currently seeking treatment for sex addiction at a 35-day course at the Meadows rehab center in Wickenburg, Arizona.
