Diane Sawyer Leaving Good Morning America This Week

Diane Sawyer announced this morning that she’s leaving Good Morning America this week, after 10 years as co-anchor on the morning program.
Diane Sawyer has racked up the shows, saying, “I’ve calculated — 2,881 shows. Roughly.”
Sawyer, of course, is taking over the World News anchor chair from Charles Gibson; Gibson retires on December 18.
A replacement for Diane Sawyer has not yet been named.
