Demi Lovato is on the brink of becoming a household name. This child actress got her start at age six alongside Disney Channel star Selena Gomez on “Barney & Friends,” and now can be seen as Charlotte Adams in the Disney 5-minute series “As the Bell Rings.” Demi Lovato will no doubt see her star rise when she co-stars with the Jonas Brothers in the summer 2008 Disney Channel original movie “Camp Rock.”
Demi Lovato also guest starred in an episode of “Prison Break,” the pilot “Split Ends” and “Just Jordan.”
Demi Lovato was also cast for the Disney Channel original series “Sketchpad,” but it’s the role in “Camp Rock,” airing June 20, 2008 that will put Lovato on the map, exposing audiences to her musical talents as well as acting abilities.
Demi Lovato is scheduled to open for the Jonas Brothers for their summer 2008 Burning Up Tour and will also be seen in the upcoming Disney Channel original movie “Princess Protection Program,” co-starring Selena Gomez.
