Just live your life and let others live theirs. Keep your personal views on things like the afterlife to yourself. Because unless you have personal experience knowing for a fact their is a heaven or a hell you can’t espouse that. I know many straight people who live the bible (when it suits them anyway) and if there is an afterlife I would not want to see them in it. This life is hard enough for everyone so who would want an afterlife with people who hate. And off topic: I also think heterosexuals who say that marriage should only be between a man and a woman need to reassess their views because if marriage is so scared and should only be between a man and a woman then I say that heterosexuals should legally not be allowed to divorce, ever…

And to John: Not everyone who supports gay rights feels others who don’t should be silenced. What many do think though is that those who don’t are usually ignorant, say hurtful and hateful things, yet frequently call themselves christians. In my experience they are usually people with low IQ levels, latent homosexuals themselves, or just plain bullies. I have had many conversations with people who think and speak like Jim and I have honestly yet to have one conversation that was actually intelligent and realistic. It has usually been someone who keeps repeating the same two or three statements and then shrinks and cannot carry on a conversation when challenged. Their limited ability to think for themselves intelligently and logically combined with a lack of lack of reason due to some form of retardation, lack of education, or poor coping skills.

And lastly, why does Jim and people like him even care really? Does David Ogden Stiers and other gay men come on to you? Because if not then I am not sure why it would really matter to you? Because once again, no human is the voice of a god.
