Shocking virgin news of the day (The Jonas Brothers’ virgin oath is so yesterday) — Julianne Hough from “Dancing with the Stars” is a virgin.
According to Julianne Hough, she’s waiting for the right person to come along, telling CosmoGIRL!:
“I want to be with that special person. I think to have sex before marriage is an individual [decision] … [waiting] will strengthen that relationship.
I’m not trying to preach consequences here, but I think when you say no, down the line, it will be a better decision.”
Julianne Hough is 19.

Good for Julianne!!! There are enough promiscuous girls getting in trouble out there… Jamie-Lynn Spears… it’s so nice for teens to FINALLY have a role model in Julianne!!!!
